SITE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
Make sure that the document in hand is the correct designed and issued for construction, supervise the construction contractor to make sure that work is being carried out as designed and in accordance to standards, adhere to the design document, quality of work, the schedule, safety of the people, costs and more over to satisfy the consultant at a personal level.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree (S 1) in Civil with GPA min 3.00 (4 Scale) from reputable university
- 24 – 35 years old
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- At least 1-2 years of experience
- Proficient in AUTOCAD, MS Office, Internet
- Should possess creativity and outstanding presentation, Interpersonal skills, a high level of resourcefulness and the ability to work independently and in a group
- Having a ‘hands-on’ approach to problem solving
- Having a good knowledge about finishing material
- Able to operate Theodolite tool
- Able to ‘multi-tasking’, manage multiple issues and projects and skilled at time management

ARCHITECT

Responsibilities:
Advising on the practicality of the project, preparing and presenting design proposals, keeping within financial budgets and time deadlines, producing detailed drawings from which costing are made, solving problems that might occur during building.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree (S 1) in Architect with GPA min 3.00 (4 Scale)
- 24 – 35 years old
- Proficient in AUTOCAD, 3 D Max, MS Office, Internet
- At least 1 years experience at similar level
- Comprehensive knowledge of latest design, architecture mode & style
- Have experience in design concept
- Good analytical thinking
- Strong in people management skills, interpersonal skills & good communication
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Flexible to work longer hours when required
- To be placed in Bali
- Would be able to start immediately

MARINE & FRESHWATER BIOLOGIST
Responsibilities:
Monitoring fish stocks and developing sustainable methods of Marine & Freshwater creatures.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree (S1) in Biology, Biochemistry, or other science subject with GPA min 3.00 (4 Scale) or postgraduate study in marine biology
- 24 – 35 years old
- Computer Literate
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Good hands-on practical, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Able to use a biological perspective to analyze complex problems including marine & freshwater creatures’ disease
- Must care passionately about marine & freshwater animal and plant life.
- Able to swim and dive
- Good understanding about water ecosystem and its breeding
- To be placed in Bali
- Would be able to start immediately
